摘要
文章主要介绍了灰水加热器节能再利用的优化改造。本次改造是将一台废旧换热器作为废水降温换热器,通过对外送废水管线进行改造,使废水水温由原来的80℃降至现在的60℃,使灰水与循环水换热降温,降温后60℃左右的灰水送入水务车间,有效减少污水处理菌类因高温而死亡的数量,提高了污水处理的能力,降低了生产成本,同时也减轻了环保压力。
This paper mainly introduces the optimization of energy saving reuse of grey water heater.This modification is a waste in waste cooling heat exchanger,heat exchanger by foreign send waste water pipeline,to make waste water temperature from 80℃to 60℃,now make grey water and circulating water heat exchange cooling,cooling after 60℃or so grey water into water workshop,effective to reduce the amount of the sewage treatment mold dies as a result of high temperature,improve the ability of sewage treatment,reduced the production cost,and to reduce the environmental pressure.
