摘要
主动脉夹层是一种病情危急、在急诊患者中死亡率最高的疾病。剧烈疼痛是主动脉夹层最主要的症状和加重因素之一。临床上通过各种护理治疗措施,可减轻患者疼痛,有效降低血压,减少对血管壁的刺激,避免主动脉夹层破裂,降低死亡率。
Aortic dissection is a critical disease with the highest mortality in patients with acute pain.Severe pain is one of the main symptoms and aggravating factors of the disease.Clinically,through a variety of nursing treatment measures,it can reduce pain,effectively reduce blood pressure,reduce the stimulation of blood vessel wall,avoid rupture of aortic dissection,and reduce mortality.This article reviews the nursing of pain in aortic dissection.
