摘要
目的:探讨群组式孕产期保健模式对分娩结局的影响。方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治初产妇80例,随机分为两组,各40例。常规组采取常规护理,试验组采取群组式孕产期保健模式护理。比较两组产程时间及出血量情况。结果:试验组不同产程进展速度显著优于常规组,不同时段出血量均显著低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:群组式孕产期保健模式对分娩结局影响突出,可以有效加快产程,减少分娩风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of group-type maternal health model on delivery outcomes.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,80 cases of primipara were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing was adopted in the control group and group-type maternal health model was adopted in the experimental group.The time of labor and the amount of bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results:The progress rate of different stages of labor in the experimental group was significantly better than in the control group and the amount of bleeding in different stages was significantly lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The group-type health care mode has a prominent effect on the outcome of delivery,which can effectively accelerate the labor process and reduce the risk of delivery.
