摘要
目的:分析保留乳腺手术对早期乳腺癌患者的临床疗效。方法:2008年1-3月收治乳腺癌患者103例,随机分为两组。对照组给予传统改良根治术治疗,研究组给予保留乳腺手术治疗。比较两组各项临床指标水平、术后5年生存率及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,美容满意度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组5年存活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保留乳腺术应用于早期乳腺癌患者治疗效果较好,安全性高,远期存活率高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer.Methods:From January to March 2008,103 breast cancer patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional modified radical surgery;the study group was treated with breast conserving surgery.We compared the clinical indexes,the 5-year survival rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the study group,the operation time,hospitalization time and bleeding volume were significantly lower than those in the control group,the beauty satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer is good,the safety is high and the long-term survival rate is high.
