摘要
归纳近年来与针刺治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛的相关文献,寻求优选针刺方法,为临床提供参考。对Pubmed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和维普数据库近年来收录已发表的相关报道进行中英文检索,从针刺的治疗原则、针刺部位、针药联合治疗等方面进行整理分类,分析对脑卒中后上肢痉挛有疗效的针刺方法。同时也指出一些针刺方法在治疗中存在的问题,并对未来研究方向加以展望。
In this paper,we summarize the relevant literature about acupuncture treatment of upper extremity spasm after stroke in recent years,and seek for the optimal acupuncture method to provide reference for clinical practice.In this study,the published reports collected in PubMed,CNKI,WF and VIP database in recent years are searched in Chinese and English,according to the principle of acupuncture treatment,the location of acupuncture and the combination of acupuncture and medicine,the paper points out the effective acupuncture methods for this disease.At the same time,it also points out the problems of some acupuncture methods in the treatment,and looks forward to the future research direction.
