摘要
我国城市轨道交通运营管理高等教育起步较晚,难以在质量和数量两个方面满足城市轨道交通行业发展的需要。文章分析了不同层次城市轨道交通运营管理人才培养的需求、定位及其培养模式,并对人才培养模式的形成做了较为深入的探讨,提出了实施过程中的难点及可能的解决途径。
Higher education in operation and management of urban rail transit in China started late,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of urban rail transit industry in terms of quality and quantity.This paper analyses the demand,orientation and training mode of different levels of urban rail transit operation and management personnel,and makes a thorough discussion on the formation of personnel training mode,and puts forward the difficulties and possible solutions in the implementation process.
