摘要
目的理清用户体验相关研究中的发展现状、研究模型和用户体验评价方法工具。方法通过文献调研、比较分析、网络搜索等研究方法,从"用户体验概念"、"用户体验研究模型"、"用户体验评价方法及工具"等三个层面,梳理并归纳国内外用户体验相关研究成果与发展脉络,总结用户体验的综合性研究方法,概述用户体验评价的具体方法与工具应用。结论用户体验虽然受到社会广泛关注并发展较快,但是整体而言,其研究深度尚比较欠缺,仍旧处于起步阶段,现有的用户体验研究方法还不足以全面支撑和解决用户体验设计过程中所面临的实际问题。在某种程度上,大多数以"用户体验"为主题的研究成果,还没有完成从"认识论"到"方法论"的转变,特别是许多用户体验评价的系统性研究方法及工具应用,尚存待完善之处。
The work aims to clarify the development status,research models and user experience evaluation methods and tools in user experience research.Through literature research,comparative analysis,web search and other research methods,the research results and development sequence of domestic and foreign user experience were summarized from three levels:"user experience concept","user experience research model" and"user experience evaluation methods and tools".The comprehensive research methods of user experience were summarized,and the specific methods and tools of user experience evaluation were outlined.Although researches on user experience have been widely concerned by the society and developed rapidly,the overall research depth is still in sufficient and in the initial stage.The existing research methods on user experience are not enough to fully support and solve the practical problems in the design process.To some extent,most of the research based on "user experience" have not completed the transformation from "epistemology" to "methodology",especially that the system aticresearch methods and tool application of user experience evaluation have a lot to be improved.
