摘要
目的探讨无缝隙全期护理对无痛内镜下治疗胃息肉患者焦虑情绪及并发症的影响。方法将郑州市第七人民医院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的132例胃息肉患者,随机分为2组,每组患者各66例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取无缝隙全期护理,观察并比较两组患者负性情绪评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃息肉无痛内镜下患者采取无缝隙全期护理效果较好,可有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless full-time nursing on anxiety and complications in patients with gastric polyps treated with painless endoscope.Methods 132 patients with gastric polyps treated in the hospital from April,2018 to April,2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 66 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with seamless full-time nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotion score and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression,and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effect of seamless full-time nursing under painless endoscopy for gastric polyps is good,the anxiety of the patient can be effectively relieved,and the complication rate is reduced.So it is worthy of popularization.
