摘要
目的探讨ProTaper机用镍钛与手用不锈钢K锉在儿童乳磨牙根管治疗中应用效果。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月在南阳市口腔医院行下颌第二乳磨牙根管治疗患儿84例(84颗牙),按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,两组均为42例(42颗)。对照组予以手用不锈钢K锉,观察组予以ProTaper机用镍钛,比较两组根管预备时间、充填效果、疼痛程度。结果观察组根管预备时间、疼痛程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恰填率92.86%(39/42)高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ProTaper机用镍钛较手用不锈钢K锉应用于儿童乳磨牙根管治疗中的效果更为显著,可有效降低根管预备时间,提高充填效果,减轻患儿的疼痛感。
Objective To investigate the effect of ProTaper and stainless steel K file in the root canal treatment of children’s primary molars. Methods 84 children(84 teeth) with mandibular second primary molar root canal treatment in the hospital from March, 2016 to March, 2018 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table, with 42 cases(42 teeth) in both groups. The control group were treated with stainless steel K file, and the observation group were treated with ProTaper machine nickel titanium. Results The time of root canal preparation and the degree of pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The filling rate in the observation group was 92.86%(39/42) which was higher than 73.81%(31/42) in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the stainless steel K file used in the root canal treatment of children’s milk molars, ProTaper’s NiTi is more effective, which can effectively reduce the preparation time of root canal, improve the filling effect, and reduce the pain of children.
