摘要
黄芪是一种传统中药(Traditional Chinese medicine,TCM),其主要活性成份为黄芪甲苷(Astragaloside IV,AS-IV)。近年来,随着TCM单体抑制肿瘤发生发展的研究日趋深入,AS-IV作为其中代表性的单体也被发现在肺癌、肝癌、胃癌等多种癌症中抗起到抗癌作用。非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)是指一类不编码蛋白质,直接在RNA水平行使特定生物学功能的RNA。文章对AS-IV调节ncRNA,以及调节免疫系统、增强抗癌药物的敏感性和调控信号通路等几个方面的抗癌机制进行综述,并对该中药单体的未来发展进行了讨论。
Astragalus,a traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),has an active substance,Astragaloside IV( AS-IV). In recent years,with the deepening of TCM monomers research on the inhibition of tumorigenesis. AS-IV has been found to have anti-cancer effects on many different types of tumors such as lung cancer,liver cancer and gastric cancer. Non-coding RNA( ncRNA),a class of RNA,does not encode protein and performs specific biological functions at the RNA level. The anti-cancer mechanisms of AS-IV regulation of non-coding RNA( ncRNA),and regulation of the immune system,enhancement of sensitivity to chemotherapeutic drugs as well as regulation of signaling pathways were reviewed,and the future direction of this TCM monomer was also cliscussed.
