摘要
通过对某三级甲等医院2009-2019年专利申请和授权数量进行统计分析,了解医院专利管理的现状,分析医院正在执行的专利法律制度以及其中存在的问题和不足。提出应明确医院专利申请的目的,认真探究医院专利保护的方式,以确保医院权益不受损害。同时应当引进专利管理领域相关人才,健全完善专利管理制度,重视专利申请保护工作,从而辅助医院提高尖端科学技术水平,促进医院全面发展。
This article analyzed the patent application and granting amount in a tertiary hospital from 2009 to2019,reflecting the patent management situation,analyzing the current rules of the patent management,trying to discover the problems and deficiencies.This article proposed that hospital should clarify the purpose of applicating a patent,explore the way of the protection and ensure that the hospital’s own rights and interests are not infringed.At the same time,relevant personnel in the field of patent management should be introduced,the intellectual property management system should be implemented,and patent protection should be valued,so as to assist the hospital to improve the level of cutting-edge science and technology and promote the overall development of the hospital.
