摘要
目的:探讨临床采用"三镜"联合微创治疗胆囊结石并胆总管结石的预后情况。方法:选择2015年11月~2017年12月收治的40例胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者,随机分组。对照组选择常规术式,观察组采用"三镜"联合微创疗法。比较两组患者手术成功率;手术治疗和康复中相关评估指标;治疗前后患者生活质量以及应激水平;胰腺炎、切口渗血等的出现率。结果:两组患者手术成功率相同,P>0.05;观察组治疗疗效、生活质量以及应激水平、手术治疗和康复中相关评估指标、并发症发生率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:胆囊结石并胆总管结石患者实施"三镜"联合微创疗法可获得较好效果。
Objective:To explore the prognosis of using"three mirrors"combined with minimally invasive treatment of gallstones and common bile duct stones.Methods:Forty patients with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones treated from November 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected.The open surgery group chose the conventional technique,and the combined group used"three mirrors"combined with minimally invasive therapy.Surgical success rates were compared between the two groups of patients;relevant evaluation indicators in surgical treatment and rehabilitation;patients’quality of life and stress levels before and after treatment;and the incidence of pancreatitis and incision bleeding.Results:The surgical success rate of the two groups was the same,P>0.05;the curative effect,quality of life,stress level,related evaluation indicators,and incidence of complications in the combined group were better than those in the open surgery group,P<0.05.Conclusion:"Three-mirror"combined with minimally invasive therapy can achieve better results in patients with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones.
