某轿车白车身结构强度分析与优化研究 被引量:12

摘要 在车辆开发过程中,车身结构强度是评价车辆安全性的重要指标之一。采用有限元分析法来对汽车白车身结构强度进行分析,可以有效缩短汽车白车身研发过程,并优化车身制造成本。以某轿车白车身为研究对象,以车身结构强度及不同工况下乘坐安全性为导向,对轿车白车身结构进行分析,并提出优化方案。首先,采用Hypermesh软件建立了轿车白车身模型;接着,结合轿车实际工程,在制动工况下对车身结构强度进行分析;最后,对安全带固定点以及驾乘座椅连接位置进行应力及变形分析,并对当前白车身提出有效优化方案。结果表明,通过有限元分析,可在保证车身结构强度的基础上实现轻量化,并降低企业生产成本。 In the vehicle development process,the body structural strength is one of the important indicators to evaluate the safety of the vehicle.The finite element analysis method was used to analyzed the structural strength of vehicle body in white,which can effectively shorten the research and development process of vehicle body in white and optimize the body manufacturing cost.A vehicle body in white was took as the research object,the structure of vehicle body in white was analyzed,and an optimization scheme was proposed based on the body structural strength and the safety under different working conditions.Firstly,the vehicle body in white model was established by Hypermesh software.Secondly,combined with the actual project,the structural strength of vehicle body was analyzed under the braking condition.Then,the stress and deformation analyses of the seat belt fixing point and the seat connection position were carried out.And an effective optimization scheme for the current body in white was proposed.The results show that the finite element analysis can effectively ensure the structural strength of the vehicle body,lighten the weight and reduce the production cost of the enterprise.
