摘要
针对罗山金矿存在的矿井总风量欠缺、系统回风能力不足、主回风机站风机运行性能偏低、污风串联等通风问题,运用通风网络优化技术、机站优化技术以及通风仿真模拟技术拟定了2种技改方案,通过技术经济分析和比较,利用现有进风井巷工程作为系统进风通道,新掘东风井、西风井工程作为系统回风通道,能有效提高矿井的有效风量率,且具有通风方式简单、风流稳定性好、通风运行能耗低等优点。方案实施后,矿井总风量达到189.01 m3/s,系统主扇风机运行效率达到80.5%,井下通风条件明显改善。
Aiming at the problems of ventilation in Luoshan Gold Mine,such as lack of total air volume,insufficient return air capacity of the system,low operation performance of the main return fan station and series connection of polluted air,two kinds of technical renovation schemes are designed by using ventilation network optimization technology,station optimization technology and ventilation simulation technology.Through technical and economic analysis and comparison,the optimization scheme that utilizing the existing intake shaft engineering as the system air passage,the newly excavated east air shaft and west air shaft engineering as the system air return passage,the air flow rate of the mine can be improved effectively,the effectively air volume rate of the mine is increased,besides that the above scheme has the advantages of simple ventilation mode,good air flow stability and low energy consumption of ventilation operation.After the implementation of the scheme,the total air volume of the mine reaches 189.01 m3/s,the operation efficiency of the main fan of the system reaches 80.5%,and the underground ventilation conditions are obviously improved.
