摘要
按照医疗机构信息系统疾病诊断编码库建设及临床医生、编码员的任务分配情况,将编码技术分为4种模式。重点介绍临床常用疾病诊断编码库的建设、维护经验与应用效果。认为临床常用疾病诊断编码库建设对于提高编码效率和质量具有重要意义,建议国家尽快制定标准的临床疾病诊断术语集,建立高素质的专业化疾病编码人才队伍,借助信息技术实现疾病诊断编码自动化与智能化。
According to the construction of diseases diagnostic coding library in the medical institution information system,and the task distribution of the clinical doctor and the coder,the coding technology was divided into four modes.This paper mainly introduced the construction,maintenance experience and application effect of the diagnostic coding library of clinical common diseases.It was suggested that the construction of clinical common diseases diagnostic coding library was of great significance to improving the coding efficiency and quality,and it was recommended that the country formulate the standard clinical disease diagnostic term set as soon as possible,establish the high quality professional disease coding talent team,and use the information technology to realize the automation and intelligence of disease diagnostic coding.
