摘要
目的探讨晚期胃癌患者实施阿帕替尼片联合奥沙利铂注射液和替吉奥胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法此次研究所纳入的晚期胃癌患者均自2018年9月到2019年9月收治,抽选量为48例,抽选对象均通过研究纳入、排除标准。之中24例组成参照组,施予奥沙利铂注射液联合替吉奥胶囊治疗;余下24例组成观察组,同时施予阿帕替尼治疗。经医治和评测剖析、比对两组患者的临床情况。结果观察组的总控制率较参照组有更高占比,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率相当,数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的生存质量升幅较参照组更大,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用阿帕替尼片联合奥沙利铂注射液以及替吉奥胶囊对晚期胃癌进行治疗,疗效显著,且安全性高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of apatinib tablets combined with oxaliplatin injection and teggio capsule on patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods All the patients with advanced gastric cancer enrolled in this study were admitted from September 2018 to September 2019.The number of selected patients was 48 cases.All the selected objects were included and excluded through research.Twenty-four patients in the control group were treated with oxaliplatin injection and teggio capsule.The remaining 24 patients were treated with apatinib.After treatment and evaluation,the clinical situation of the two groups of patients was analyzed and compared.Results The total control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was the same,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The increase of quality of life in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Apatinib tablets combined with oxaliplatin injection and teggio capsule are effective and safe in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
