摘要
提出了1种基于微热管阵列的新型低温油烟热回收集热器,并对换热器的性能进行了实验研究。主要对换热器在不同室外温度、风量、换热器翅片尺寸下进行了热性能和流动阻力测试。结果表明:换热器室外侧换热量随室外温度的升高而减小,随风速的增加呈线性增加,随翅片尺寸增大呈非线性减小。换热器的换热效率基本稳定在0. 77~0. 97之间,高于国家标准要求值。同时,换热器在较低的室外温度下亦可满足高效的热回收需求,具有广泛的应用前景。
A new type of low-temperature soot heat recovery collector based on the micro heat pipe array was presented.The thermal performance and flow resistance of the heat exchanger were tested at different outdoor temperatures,air volumes and fin sizes of the heat exchanger.The results show that the heat transfer outside the heat exchanger decreases with the increase of outdoor temperature,increases linearly with the increase of wind speed,and increases non-linearly with the decrease of the fin size of the heat exchanger.The heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger is basically stable between 0.77 and 0.97,higher than the national standard.At the same time,the heat exchanger can also meet the demand of efficient heat recovery at low temperature outdoors,which has a broad application prospect.
