摘要
目的:系统评价经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对乳腺癌手术术后疼痛及不良反应的影响。方法:计算机检索主要数据库中发表的乳腺癌手术应用经皮穴位电刺激的随机对照试验。2名研究人员独立进行文献检索和筛选,对最终纳入文献进行资料提取及质量评价。采用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入7篇文献,共计448例患者。Meta分析结果表明经皮穴位电刺激在降低乳腺癌术后6h和12hVAS评分上优于对照组,且在减少术后不良反应发生率方面优于对照组。但在降低术后24h和48hVAS评分上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌手术中应用经皮穴位电刺激能够减轻术后早期疼痛,减少术后不良反应发生。但由于所纳入文献整体质量偏低,结论有待进一步证实。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) on pain and adverse reactions after breast cancer surgery.Methods:Computerized retrieval of major databases published randomized controlled trials of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation for breast cancer surgery.Two researchers independently conducted literature retrieval and screening,and conducted information extraction and quality evaluation for the final included literature.Data analysis with RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 448 patients were included in 7 pieces of literature.The results of meta-analysis showed that transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation was better than the control group in reducing the VAS scores at 6h and 12h postoperatively for breast cancer,and it was better than the control group in reducing the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.However,there was no statistically significant difference in the reduction of postoperative VAS scores at 24h and 48h (P>0.05).Conclusion:In the operation of breast cancer,transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation can alleviate early postoperative pain and reduce postoperative adverse reactions.However,due to the low quality of the included literature,the conclusion needs to be further confirmed.
