摘要
现代学徒制培训模式旨在通过学校与企业之间的深度合作、联合招生、联合培训和协作教育来提高学生的技能和素养要求,但是,关于如何在核心课程的教学实践中发展现代学徒制的相关探索较少。笔者以家具与陈设专业课程为例,结合现代学徒制,从教学内容、教学方法、教学资源和评价等方面,对现代学徒制下的教学设计和实施过程进行分析,同时结合多个层次,研究现代学徒制培训模式下基础专业课程的教学评估方法,希望促进现代学徒制在家具与陈设课程中的实践应用。
The modern apprenticeship training mode is designed to improve students skills and literacy requirements through in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, joint enrollment, joint train-ing and cooperative education. However, there are few explorations on how to develop modern apprentice-ship in the teaching practice of core courses. This paper takes furniture and furnishing courses as exam-ple, the teaching design and implementation process under modern apprenticeship were analyzed in as-pects of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching resources and evaluation. The training mode of mod-ern apprenticeship was studied based on the three levels of students, teachers and employees. The teach-ing evaluation method of basic professional courses was researched with an aim to promote the practical application of modern apprenticeship in furniture and furnishing courses.
