摘要 传统涡轮流量计需要铺设电源线和信号传输电缆,使用起来极不方便。而现有的无线通信方式繁多,特点不一,为了实现计量点分散情况下流量计的远程实时报警、监测流量等功能,对主要无线通信方式进行了简要分析。给出了以ARM单片机为核心处理器,集成无线通信模块的流量计设计方案,并对涡轮流量计的软硬件进行了具体设计。该方案能够实现流量测量、数据存储、流量显示、远程实时报警、远程监控等功能。 Traditional turbine flowmeters need to lay power lines and signal transmission cables, which is extremely inconvenient to use. However, the existing wireless communication methods are various and have different characteristics. In order to realize the functions of remote real-time alarm and monitoring flow of the flow meter under the condition of metering dispersed points, the main wireless communication methods are briefly analyzed. The flowmeter design scheme which takes the ARM wireless chip as the core processor and integrates the wireless communication module is given. And the software and hardware of the turbine flowmeter are designed. The solution can realize functions such as flow measurement, data storage, traffic display, real-time remote alarm and remote monitoring.
