摘要
通过对婴幼儿纺织品生态安全及服装安全规范法律法规进行对比与分析,发现我国国标和欧盟标准比较而言,生态安全方面的有害化学物质的检出限更为宽松和数量上较少,但是服装安全规范法律法规方面与欧盟标准一致。提出加快纺织品标准更新以及对标准的规范化、严格化进一步完善,从而尽早与欧盟技术法规以及国际标准接轨的建议。
The Chinese with European textile standard on the laws of eco-textile and the specification of safety on infant clothing was compared and discussed. In term of eco-textile, Chinese standard was looser in the detection limited of harmful chemical material and less quantity of harmful chemical material, while the specification of safety in infant clothing was consistency with European specification. As a result, the advice which the update of textile standard and the standardization of the textile standard need to be further improved was proposed and enable Chinese textile standard connection with European textile standard and global standard.
