印尼地区嵌岩灌注桩水平承载特性现场试验 被引量:6

摘要 本文基于印度尼西亚某燃煤电站桩基工程,通过对6根不同桩径、不同桩长的嵌岩灌注桩进行桩顶无约束单向多循环水平静载试验,研究嵌岩灌注桩的水平承载特性。试验结果表明,随着水平荷载的增大和时间的增加,水平位移逐渐增大,位移梯度及其斜率呈增大趋势,并且出现两个明显的拐点。长径比较小的试桩水平承载力较大,水平位移较小。各试桩的水平极限荷载介于140~270kN,水平位移介于15.73~37.35mm。地基水平抗力系数的比例系数(m)并非常数,其值随着水平力、水平位移的增大逐渐减小,在临界荷载作用下,m值介于4.22~15.63MN/m4。试验结果对本地区嵌岩灌注桩的设计、施工以及相关规范的完善具有重要意义。 Based on the pile foundation engineering of a coal-fired power station in Indonesia,the horizontal load-bearing characteristics of rock-socketed piles are studied by using the conducting unconstrained one-way multi-cycle horizontal static load tests on six rock-socketed piles with different pile diameters and different lengths.The test results show that with the increase of horizontal load and the time,the horizontal displacement increases gradually,the displacement gradient and its slope increase,and two obvious inflection points appear.The test pile with smaller length to diameter ratio has larger horizontal bearing capacity and smaller horizontal displacement.The horizontal limit load of each test pile is about 140~270kN and the horizontal displacement is about 15.73~37.35mm.The proportional coefficient(m)of the horizontal resistance coefficient is not a constant,and its value decreases with the increase of horizontal force and horizontal displacement.Under the critical load,the m value is between 4.22 and 15.63MN/m4.The test results are of great significance to the design,construction and improvement of relevant specifications for rock-socketed piles in the area.
