摘要
目的:研究牙周翻瓣术联合盐酸米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎的效果。方法:选取2015年9月1日-2018年9月1日在笔者所在医院治疗的慢性牙周炎患者108例,采用随机方法将其分为两组,每组54例。对照组采用牙周翻瓣术进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用盐酸米诺环素治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗后6周及6个月的临床牙周指数,包括临床附着丧失(clinical attachment loss,CAL)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)及探诊深度(probing depth,PD)。结果:治疗后6周及6个月两组患者各项临床牙周指数均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6周及6个月SBI及PD均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后6周及6个月CAL比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在慢性牙周炎治疗中,采用牙周翻瓣术联合盐酸米诺环素的改善效果优于单一牙周翻瓣术,有利于临床治疗。
Objective:To investigate the curative effects of periodontal flap surgery combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Method:A total of 108 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from September 1 st,2015 to September 1 st,2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 54 case in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal flap surgery,and the observation group was treated with Minocycline Hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical periodontal index,including clinical attachment loss(CAL),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and probing depth(PD)were compared between the two groups before and 6 weeks and 6 months after treatment.Result:After 6 weeks and 6 months of treatment,the clinical periodontal index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The SBI and PD of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 6 weeks and 6 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in CAL between the two groups at 6 weeks and 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of chronic periodontitis,the improvement effect of periodontal flap surgery combined with Minocycline Hydrochloride is better than that of single periodontal flap surgery and is conducive to clinical treatment.
