摘要
目的探讨内分泌科门诊口服降糖药物的使用情况。方法抽取营口市中心医院2018年6-12月内分泌科门诊临床诊断为糖尿病且处方中仅含口服降糖药物处方1 512张,采用WPS软件统计患者年龄、性别、用药种类、用药剂量、限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)、药物联用情况等。结果 1 512张口服降糖药物处方中男性患者777张,女性患者735张;销售金额排序前3的为二肽基肽酶4抑制剂(DPP-4抑制剂)、磺脲类和双胍类;DDDs排序前3的为二甲双胍肠溶片、二甲双胍缓释片,西格列汀和格列美脲;两种药物以上联用处方共534张,占36.32%。结论某院门诊内分泌科口服降糖药物应用情况较为合理。
Objective To explore the use of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the outpatient Department of Endocrinology. Methods From June to December 2018, the clinical diagnosis of diabetes in the outpatient department of Endocrinology Department of Yingkou central hospital was drawn, and only 512 prescriptions of oral hypoglycemic drugs were included in the prescriptions. WPS software was used to count the age, gender, type of medication, dosage, limited daily dose(DDD), frequency of medication(DDDs), average daily cost(DDDc),and drug combination of patients etc.. Results There were 777 male patients and 735 female patients in the 1 512 oral hypoglycemic drugs prescribed by a hospital. The top 3 in sales amount are dipeptidyl peptidase 4 inhibitors(DPP-4 inhibitors), sulfonylureas, and biguanides;The top 3 DDDs were metformin enteric-coated tablets, metformin sustained-release tablets, cegliptin and glimepiride. There were 534 prescriptions for the combination of 2 or more drugs, accounting for 36.32%. Conclusion The application of oral hypoglycemic drugs in the Department of Endocrinology of a hospital is more reasonable.
