摘要
结合工程实践,对于严重渗漏水的地下室,在采用传统的背水面注浆方式已无法解决渗漏水问题的情况下,提出一种迎水面补漏技术,即打穿结构板,并通过高压注浆,在迎水面再造一个永久防水层。该做法不仅快速解决了地下室底板、顶板、外墙板的渗漏水问题,也解决了沉降缝、变形缝、后浇带等处的渗漏水问题。同时,在顶板、墙板及已完地坪面上采用微创法迎水面注浆方式进行补漏,几乎不留痕迹,并可避免对业主的影响。
Combined with the engineering practice,for a basement with serious leakage,under the condition that the traditional downstream grouting method can't solve the leakage problem,a kind of upstream leakage repair technology is put forward,that is,the structural plate is drilled through and a permanent waterproof layer is reconstructed on the upstream surface by high-pressure grouting.This method not only solves the leakage problem of basement floor,roof and exterior wallboard,but also solves the leakage problem in settlement joint,deformation joint and post-pouring belt.At the same time,the micro-invasive grouting method is used to repair the leakage in the roof,wallboard and finished floor surface,which leaves little traces and avoids the impact on the owner.
