在弱酸性Tris-盐酸介质中,赖诺普利与维多利亚蓝B反应生成具有2个正吸收峰的二元离子缔合物,它们的吸收峰分别位于518 nm和660 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(κ)分别为7.19×104和6.99×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限分别为0.16和0.18 mg/L。当采用双波长叠加吸收光谱法测定时,κ达1.42×105 L·mol-1·cm-1[(518+660) nm],赖诺普利在0.2~7.3 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律,检出限为0.085 mg/L,据此建立了测定赖诺普利的双波长吸收光谱法。该法用于市售赖诺普利药片及胶囊中赖诺普利含量的测定,回收率为98.0%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=5)为2.2%~2.4%。
In a weak acid tris-hydrochloric acid medium, lisinopril can react with victoria blue B to form a binary ion association complex with two positive absorption peaks. Their absorption peaks are located at 518 and 660 nm, respectively. Their apparent molar absorptivity(κ) are 7.19×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 and 6.99×104 L·mol-1·cm-1, respectively. The detection limit are 0.16 mg/L and 0.18 mg/L, respectively. When the dual-wavelength superposition absorption spectrometry was used to determine the concentration of lisinopril, the apparent molar absorptivity(κ) can be achieved as 1.42×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 [(518+660) nm]. Lisinopril obeys Beer’s law in definite mass concentration range of 0.2~7.3 mg/L and the detection limit is 0.085 mg/L. Thus, a dual wavelength absorption spectroscopy method for the determination of lisinopril was established. This method can be applied to determine the content of lisinopril in commercially available tablets and capsules, the recovery rate and relative standard deviation(n=5) found were in the ranges of 98.0% to 102% and 2.2% to 2.4%, respectively.
