摘要
该文从课程思政的角度,以旅行社真实的工作任务为驱动,探讨“地陪服务规程——迎接服务”教学,要求学生完成“红色旅游”工作任务,通过视频掌握地陪服务规程的相关内容;教师通过智慧课堂和微信学习群帮助学生解决问题,采用学生、专家和教师相结合的方式,以体现课程评价体系的人文性和多维性,实现课程思想政治教育在专业教学中的价值引领,以提高学生思想政治素养和导游职业能力。
From the perspective of course ideology,the teaching of"local resort service regulations——greeting service"that driven by the real work tasks of travel agencies is discussed in this paper,and it is required for students to complete the working tasks of"red culture tourism"and master the local escort service regulations by watching the video,however,teachers can help students to solve problems in humanistic and multidimensional evaluation among students,experts and teachers based on intelligent classes and WeChat learning groups,so as to realize the value of ideological and political education in specialty teaching and also improve students'ideological and political literacy and professional ability of tour guides.
