摘要
目的:探讨用枳术宽中胶囊联合莫沙必利片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年12月期间四川省广安区人民医院收治的60例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将这60例患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。为对照组患者使用莫沙必利片进行治疗,为观察组患者使用枳术宽中胶囊联合莫沙必利片进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的治疗效果、各项临床症状的积分、胃动素的水平和血浆P物质的水平。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率、胃动素的水平和血浆P物质的水平均更高,其食欲不振症状的积分、反酸症状的积分和胃痛症状的积分均更低,P<0.05。结论:用枳术宽中胶囊联合莫沙必利片治疗功能性消化不良的效果显著,可有效地缓解患者的临床症状,改善其胃肠道的功能。
objective:to investigate the clinical effect of zhishu kuanzhong capsule combined with mosapride tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:60 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to the people’s hospital of guang‘an district,sichuan province from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.The 60 patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with mosapride,and the observation group was treated with zhishu kuanzhong capsule combined with mosapride.Then,the treatment effect,clinical symptom scores,motilin levels and substance P levels were compared between the two groups.Results:after treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate,motilin level and plasma substance P level were higher in the observation group,and the scores of anorexia symptom,acid reflux symptom and stomachache symptom were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:zhizhukuanzhong capsule combined with moxabili tablet has a significant effect on the treatment of functional dyspepsia,which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the function of gastrointestinal trac t.
