甲醇水蒸气重整制氢工艺现状及发展 被引量:8

摘要 甲醇水蒸气重整制氢已经成为工业上制取氢气的重要工艺,与其他制取氢气工艺相比,该工艺具有原料甲醇来源广、甲醇转化率高和环保污染低等天然优势。虽然此工艺获得了广泛的实际应用,但还存在一些弊病,有待进一步完善提高。目前关于甲醇水蒸气重整制氢的研究多集中在催化剂领域,研制性能更加优良的催化剂以及探讨现有催化剂发挥更优性能的条件。同时相关研究表明,合理设置反应条件可以获得更好的反应结果,并对未来氢能相关发展做了简单展望。 Hydrogen production from methanol steam reforming has become an important process for hydrogen production in industry.Compared with other processes,this process has natural superiorities such as wide sources of raw material methanol,high methanol conversion rate,and low environmental pollution.Although this process has been widely used in practice,there are still some disadvantages that need to be further improved.At present,researches on hydrogen production from methanol steam reforming are mostly concentrated in the field of catalysts,including developing catalysts with better performance,and exploring the conditions for better performance of existing catalysts.Related research shows that reasonable reaction conditions can achieve better reaction results.In addition,hydrogen-related development in the future is prospected.
