基于重心约束的航空货运装载优化

Air freight loading optimization based on center of gravity constraints

摘要 航空货运公司的运费以毛重或体积重量中较大的重量为准。根据航空货物的特点,研究了货物密度、轻重货物密度比和重心偏移值对航空公司收入的影响。主要目标是从一组要装载在飞机上的货物中找到收益最大的方案;并使飞机重心与已知最佳重心值之间的偏差最小,从而降低燃油消耗,提高稳定性。通过建立货机货物装载运输模型,并以某航空公司经营的B747-400F全货机的待装货物单为基础进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,该模型可以有效地结合航空货运类型增加航空货运装载率,提高公司收入。 Air freight companies’ shipping costs are based on the greater weight of gross or volume weight.Based on the characteristics of air cargo,this paper studies the impacts of cargo density,light and heavy cargo density ratio and center of gravity offset on airline revenue.The main goal is to find the most profitable solution from a group of goods to be loaded on the aircraft;and to minimize the deviation between the center of gravity of the aircraft and the known best center of gravity value,thereby reducing fuel consumption and improving stability.Through the establishment of the freighter cargo loading and transportation model,and based on the pending cargo list of the B747-400 F all-cargo aircraft operated by an airline,an empirical analysis was carried out.The research results show that the model can effectively combine air cargo types,increase air cargo loading rate and increase company revenue.
