摘要
目的:探析双源CT双能量心肌灌注成像的图像质量与辐射剂量。方法:将我院检查的60例疑似冠心病患者选为研究对象,随机分成A、B两组,A组给予双源CT双能量心肌灌注成像检查,B组给予门控双源CT冠状动脉成像检查,分别比较双源CT双能量心肌灌注成像与门控双源CT冠状动脉成像图像质量及辐射剂量。结果:双源CT双能量心肌灌注成像检查辐射剂量为(8.93±1.94)mSv,图像质量评分为(4.62±0.64)分,右冠CNR为(24.44±4.22),左主干CNR为(24.25±4.46),左旋支CNR为(25.15±4.06),门控双源CT冠状动脉成像检查辐射剂量为(8.07±2.08)mSv,图像质量评分为(4.58±0.66)分,右冠CNR为(25.78±4.33),左主干CNR为(23.85±4.38),左旋支CNR为(24.19±4.24),二者数据比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床疾病诊断中应用双源CT双能量心肌灌注成像检查与门控双源CT冠状动脉成像检查图像质量差异不大,辐射剂量稍有增加,但心肌灌注成像能判断心肌缺血且效果比较显著,值得临床进一步研究与推广应用。
Objective:To discuss the image quality and radiation dose of dual-source CT dual-energy myocardial perfusion imaging in patients.Methods:60 suspected coronary heart disease patients receiving examinations in our hospital were selected as the subjects,who were divided into 2 groups.Patients in Group A were examined with dual-source CT dual-energy myocardial perfusion imaging,while patients in Group B received dual-source CT coronary angiography.Then the imaging quality and radiation dose of patients were compared between both groups.Results:The radiation dose,image quality score,contrast to noise ratio(CNR)of the right coronary artery(RCA),CNR of left main coronary artery(LMCA),CNR of left circumflex(LCX)for dual-source CT dual-energy myocardial perfusion imaging were(8.93±1.94)mSv,(4.62±0.64),(24.44±4.22),(24.25±4.46)and(25.15±4.06),respectively;while the respective(8.07±2.08)mSv,(4.58±0.66),(25.78±4.33),(23.85±4.38)and(24.19±4.24)for gated dual-source CT coronary angiography.There was no statistical difference between the data in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no obvious difference of imaging quality between the examination methods in clinical diagnoses,only with slightly increased radiation dose for dual-source CT dual-energy myocardial perfusion imaging.However,MR myocardial perfusion imaging can judge myocardial ischemia and its effect is significant,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
