白内障术后不同时期不同眼别术源性散光的临床观察被引量：2

摘要目的观察白内障术后不同时期不同眼别的术源性散光(SIA)的变化。方法选择于我院行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入41例(54只眼),术中行135°、2.8mm透明角膜切口,测量术前、术后1个月和3个月角膜曲率,观察术后术源性散光的变化。结果术后1个月均数SIA和质心(Centroid)SIA分别为(0.461±0.223)D和(0.193±0.339)D@98°术后3个月均数SIA和Centroid SIA分别为(0.391±0.189)D和(0.081±0.302)D@87°,两者比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。左右眼术后1个月均数SIA和Centroid SIA分别为(0.498±0.231)D,(0.222±0.361)D@89°和(0.426±0.217)D,(0.191±0.312)D@105°,两者比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月,左右眼均数SIA和Centroid SIA分别为(0.401±0.194)D,(0.083±0.323)D@81°)和(0.382±0.189)D,(0.112±0.292)D@97°,两者比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固定切口的白内障手术术后1个月和3个月的SIA无显著差异,左右眼术后SIA无明显差异。 Objective To observe the surgically induced astigmatism(SIA)at different timepoints and in different eyes after cataract surgery.Methods Data from 41 patients(54 eyes)who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation through a 2.8 mm clear corneal incision at 135 degree were included in this study.The corneal curvature before the surgery and at 1 and 3 months after the surgery were measured to assess the change in SIA after cataract surgery.Results At 1 month after the surgery,mean SIA and Centroid SIA was 0.461±0.223 D and 0.193±0.339 D@98 degree.At 3 month after the surgery,mean SIA and Centroid SIA was 0.391±0.189 D and 0.081±0.302 D@87 degree.No significant inter-group difference was observed at both timepoints(P>0.05).At 1 month after the surgery,mean SIA and Centroid SIA of the left and right eye was 0.498±0.231 D,0.222±0.361 D@89 degree and 0.426±0.217 D,0.191±0.312 D@105 degree,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).At 3 months after the surgery,mean SIA and Centroid SIA of the left and right eye was 0.401±0.194 D,0.083±0.323 D@81 degree and 0.382±0.189 D,0.112±0.292 D@97 degree,respectively,and there was also no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusions There was no significant difference in SIA between 1 month and 3 months after the cataract surgery of the fixed incision.And there was also no significant difference in SIA between the left eye and right eye.
