摘要
阐述新时代加强高校专任教师思想政治工作的紧迫性,通过分析高校专任教师专业发展是达成人才强国战略的重要途径,以及高校专任教师思想政治水平对教师专业发展程度的影响作用,提出以教师专业发展为导向的高校专任教师思想政治工作的探索,充分发挥高校专任教师对大学生的思想政治教育效果,坚定新时代高校的社会主义办学方向。
The urgency of strengthening ideological and political work is expounded for full-time teachers in colleges and universities in the new era.The importance of full-time teachers’professional development to the strategy of strengthening the country with talents,and influence of ideological and political level on professional development degree are analyzed.The exploration is put forward on ideological and political work for full-time teachers in colleges and universities guided by professional development,effects of ideological and political education on students are brought into full play,and socialist orientation is strengthened in colleges and universities in the new era.
