摘要
心房颤动是临床上较为常见的心律失常。迷宫皿型手术是外科治疗心房颤动的标准术式。由于其术式复杂,风险较大,外科医师摸索出了心房颤动微创射频消融术,以及与心内科医师导管消融杂交等多种治疗方法,极大提高了心房颤动的远期效果。现对外科治疗心房颤动进展情况作一综述。
Atrial fibrillation is a common cardiac arrhythmia in clinical.Maze ID surgery is the standard operation for surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation.However,due to the complexity and high risk of the operation,the surgeons explored a variety of treatment methods,such as minimally invasive radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation and catheter ablation hybridization with cardiologists,which greatly improved the long-term effect of atrial fibrillation.This paper reviews the progress in surgical treatment of atrial fibrillation.
