摘要
通过研读《素问•天元纪大论篇》,结合传统文化对象、气、神等方面进行研讨。中医学以“象”为主体,形成了以气-阴阳-五行学说为整体论的关系本体,而近年来“暗知识”的提出则是象思维背景下人类原发创生性的发挥。从具象角度理解气运生化,象、气、神一体,可以整合整体论与还原论从而朝向辩证统一迈进。从以下3个方面进行阐述:“象”是中医学中广义的知识,大象无形具有原发创生性,是太虚深玄的响应;气运生化与具象,统摄万事万物发展变化的总趋势和全过程;太虚原象与神明之道的创生性,神各有序,物得其宜,是为天地之道。通过挖掘古代经典文献中的中医原创思维,不断更新学术框架,立足学科发展,为临床实践提供参考。
Through the study on Major Discussion on the Law of Motions and Changes in Nature,Plain Conversation(《素问·天元纪大论篇》),this paper discussed image,qi and spirit combined with traditional culture.Traditional Chinese medicine takes"image"as its main body,and has formed a relational ontology with the theory of qi,yin,yang and five elements as a holism.In recent years,the"dark knowledge"has been put forward to give play to human original creation under the background of image thinking.From the perspective of concretization,qi movement,generation and transformation,the unity of image,qi,and spirit are understood so as to integrate holism and reductionism and move towards dialectical unity.This paper explained from the following three aspects:first,"image"is the broad knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine.Great image without form has creative generation,and it is a response of great deficiency and deep profound.Secondly,Qi movement,generation and transformation and concretization control the general trend and whole process of development and change of everything.Thirdly,the creation of great deficiency original image and the way of spirits own its order and decent material,is the way of heaven and earth.By digging into the original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine in ancient classics,the academic framework is constantly updated,based on the development of the discipline,and providing a reference for clinical practice.
