摘要
目的探讨亲情快乐护理在小儿疝气手术中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的疝气患儿86例为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予亲情快乐护理,比较两组术后一般情况、护理舒适度、住院时间、焦虑和抑郁情况、术后并发症及护理满意度。结果观察组术后血压、心率、护理舒适度及住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组焦虑、抑郁评分显著降低,且观察组焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症低于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亲情快乐护理应用于小儿疝气术后护理效果理想,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the application evaluation of happy family nursing in hernia surgery of children.Methods A total of 86 children patients with hernia were selected for the study and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given happy family nursing on the basis of the control group.The postoperative condition,nursing comfort,hospitalization time,anxiety and depression condition,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure,heart rate,nursing comfort degree and hospitalization time after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,while the nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Happy family nursing has good application in the perioperative period of hernia in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
