摘要
目的探讨溶血磷脂酸受体5(LPA5)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取永康市第一人民医院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的乳腺癌患者80例的乳腺癌组织标本及其癌旁组织标本进行研究。采用免疫组化法测定乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中LPA5表达,收集患者临床病理特点。结果乳腺癌组织中LPA5阳性表达率[72.5%(58/80)]高于癌旁组织[8.8%(7/80)](χ^2=67.394,P<0.05)。临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期LPA5阳性率[91.3%(21/23)]高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期[64.9%(37/57)](χ^2=5.725,P<0.05),有淋巴结转移者LPA5阳性率[94.7%(36/38)]高于无淋巴结转移者[52.4%(22/42)](χ^2=17.951,P<0.05),有脉管内瘤栓者LPA5阳性率[92.3%(24/26)]高于无脉管内瘤栓者[63.0%(34/54)](χ^2=7.580,P<0.05),乳腺癌组织中LPA5表达与年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。Luminal型、人表皮生长因子受体2(Her2)过表达型、三阴型乳腺癌组织中LPA5阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乳腺癌组织中LPA5阴性表达患者无病生存率(86.3%)和总生存率(87.5%)均高于阳性表达者(65.0%、66.3%)(χ^2=4.517、4.328,均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织中LPA5表达上调,LPA5可能参与乳腺癌的发生、发展过程,与乳腺癌的预后关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of lysophosphatidic acid receptor 5(LPA5)protein in breast cancer tissues.Methods The specimens of breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of 80 breast cancer patients from January 2015 to December 2016 in the First People's Hospital of Yongkang were selected in the study.The expression of LPA5 in breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues was determined by immunohistochemistry.The clinical case characteristics of patients were collected.Results The positive expression rate of LPA5 in breast cancer tissues(72.5%)was higher than that in adjacent tissues(8.75%)(χ^2=67.394,P<0.05).The positive rate of LPA5 in clinical stageⅢ-Ⅳ(91.3%)was higher than that in stageⅠ-Ⅱ(64.9%)(χ^2=5.725,P<0.05).The positive rate of LPA5 in patients with lymph node metastasis(94.7%)was higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(52.4%)(χ^2=17.951,P<0.05).The positive rate of LPA5 in patients with intravascular tumor thrombus(92.3%)was higher than that in patients without intravascular tumor thrombus(63.3%)(χ^2=7.580,P<0.05).The expression of LPA5 in breast cancer tissues was not related to age and tumor diameter(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the positive expression rates of LPA5 in the breast cancer tissues among luminal type,human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her2)overexpressing type and triple negative type(P>0.05).The disease-free survival rate(86.3%)and overall survival rate(87.5%)of patients with negative expression of LPA5 in breast cancer tissues were higher than those in breast cancer tissues with positive expression(65.0%,66.3%)(χ^2=4.517,4.328,all P<0.05).Conclusion LPA5 expression is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues,and LPA5 may be involved in the development and progression of breast cancer,which is closely related to the prognosis of breast cancer.
