摘要
目的探讨运用人体X形平衡法治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法将就诊的64例原发性痛经患者,按随机数字表分为两组。治疗组32例,运用人体X形平衡法取穴按压治疗,对照组32例,采用阿是穴按压治疗。两组患者于行经前5~7天开始按压治疗,每日1次,治疗2~5天至症状缓解,连续治疗三个月经周期,对比观察两组痛经症状评分、临床疗效及疼痛程度。结果治疗前两组痛经症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组痛经症状评分均降低(P<0.01),治疗组的痛经症状评分更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组疼痛程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疼痛程度轻于对照组。两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用人体X形平衡法治疗原发性痛经效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of X-shape balance therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 64 outpatients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into treatment group and control group(32 cases each).Acupoints were selected and manually pressed using the positive reaction points in the treatment group,while Pain Point was chosen and manually pressed in the control group.Patients in two groups received pressure in acupoints 5-7 days before menstruation,once daily,after 2-5 days pains relieved and such treatments were performed for three continuous menstrual cycles.The dysmenorrhea symptom score,clinical effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared and observed.Results No significant difference was found between groups in the dysmenorrhea symptom score before treatment(P>0.05),whereas after treatment two groups were observed statistically lower in that score(P<0.01)and that of the treatment group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,pain degrees of the two groups were statistically different and treatment group suffered slightly pain than control group.Treatment group was observed statistically superior to control group in clinical efficacy(P<0.05).Conclusion The X-shape balance therapy is markedly effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
