摘要
目的探讨特应性皮炎(AD)与TH17细胞、白细胞介素(IL)-17表达的关系。方法通过计算机检索电子数据库,纳入关于AD患者外周血TH17细胞表达水平以及血清中IL-17表达水平的临床病例对照研究,由2名作者对文献进行质量评价,采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入13组临床病例对照研究,其中AD患者组968例,健康人群组506例。其中关于AD患者外周血TH17细胞表达水平的研究有6组,结果显示AD患者外周血TH17细胞表达水平较健康人群高,差异有统计学意义[MD=1.01,95%CI(0.46,1.56)];研究AD患者血清中IL-17表达水平的研究有9组,结果显示AD患者血清中IL-17水平较健康人群高,差异有统计学意义[SMD=3.31,95%CI(2.05,4.58)]。结论AD患者较健康人群外周血TH17细胞以及血清中IL-17的表达升高;TH17细胞以及IL-17在AD发病机制中发挥重要作用。
Objective In order to explore the relationship between atopic dermatitis(AD)and the expression of TH17 cells in peripheral blood and Interleukin(IL)-17 in serum.Methods The literatures of case-controlled clinical trials on the expression level of TH17 cells in peripheral blood and IL-17 in serum of patients with AD were searched in electronic database.The quality of the literatures was assessed by two reviewers and meta-analysis was performed using the Review Manager 5.3 software.Results A total of 13 case-controlled clinical trials were included,including 968 patients in the AD group and 506 patients in the healthy group.Six trials on the expression level of TH17 cells in peripheral blood;the results showed that the AD group was higher than the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant[MD=1.01,95%CI(0.46,1.56)].Nine trials on the expression level of IL-17 in serum;the results showed that the AD group was higher than the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant[SMD=3.31,95%CI(2.05,4.58)].Conclusion The expression of TH17 cells in peripheral blood and IL-17 in serum was increased in the patients with AD compared to healthy people.TH17 cells and IL-17 play an important role in the pathogenesis of AD.
