CT肺动脉成像在诊断急性肺栓塞中的应用价值被引量：3

摘要目的探讨CT肺动脉成像在诊断急性肺栓塞中的应用价值。方法选取收治的疑似急性肺动脉栓塞患者30例,行CT肺动脉成像检查,对CT肺动脉成像诊断结果进行分析。结果CT肺动脉成像检查的敏感度为93.33%,检出率为93.33%,诊断符合率为91.00%。结论CT肺动脉成像在急性肺栓塞中诊断符合率较高,能准确判断栓塞的位置及形成栓子的形状,准确显示患者监测过程中的症状及具体问题,值得推广应用。
