摘要
目的 :探讨中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗肾精不足型脑供血不足的临床疗效。方法 :选取2017年1月至2019年1月上海市普陀区桃浦镇社区卫生服务中心诊治的脑供血不足患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组接受氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组接受颈通汤中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗,两组均连续治疗28 d。比较两组中医证候评分、经颅多普勒彩超脑血流变、全血流流变学指标和临床疗效。结果 :治疗后观察组脑部平均血流速度、左侧椎动脉血流量、右侧椎动脉血流量和基底动脉血流量均高于对照组(P <0.05),且全血流变指标也高于对照组(P <0.05),而中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95%,高于对照组的87.5%(P <0.05)。结论 :中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗能改善肾精不足型脑供血不足患者脑血管血液流变动力学指标,保护神经功能。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of tradition Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture on the treatment of patients with cerebral circulation insufficiency of kidney-essence deficiency. Methods: Eighty patients with cerebral circulation insufficiency of kidney-essence deficiency from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, whereas the observation group treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture, both continuous for 28 d. The TCM syndrome score, cerebral hemorheology by transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD), total blood flow rheology index before and after treatment were measured. The efficacy was evaluated in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the average cerebral blood flow velocity, left vertebral artery blood flow, right vertebral artery blood flow and basilar artery blood flow in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The whole blood rheology index was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), while the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, higher than that of the control group(87.5%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture can improve the cerebrovascular hemodynamic indexes and protect the nerve function of the patients with cerebral circulation insufficiency of kidney-essence deficiency.
