摘要 在饰面板热压工段,通过控制单层压机上下加热板的温差,使压贴出的板件具备一个初始翘曲变形量,用以平衡吸塑门因造型因素、正反饰面材料力学失衡因素带来的变形,使门板大体平直,控制其翘曲弦高小于等于门板总长3‰。 In the coating and pressing stage of large plate,we manually introduced a warp on the large plate.Warp of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)door coated caused by its shape structure can be canceled out via the opposite warp in the large plate that introduced beforehand.Thus the door will generally stay straight.By this method,the chord height of warp would be controlled under 3‰ of the length.
