摘要
                
                    以氟橡胶(FKM)和氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)为基体,采用CaCl2/多巴胺溶液改性芳纶浆粕,通过分步加工工艺制备DOPA@PPTA/FKM/HNBR合金弹性体,探究改性芳纶浆粕对其硫化及力学性能的影响。结果表明,多巴胺改性芳纶浆粕的粗糙度增大,结晶度下降。添加1~3 phr的改性芳纶浆粕可以提高FKM/HNBR并用胶的硫化速率,显著增加合金弹性体的断裂伸长率,拉伸强度略有下降。当改性芳纶浆粕填充量为1 phr时,FKM/HNBR合金弹性体断裂伸长率为687.4%,拉伸强度为16.7 MPa,邵A硬度为68。
                
                The aramid pulp was modified by CaCl 2/dopamine solution,the DOPA@PPTA/FKM/HNBR alloy elastomer was prepared by step-by-step processing based on the matrix of fluorine rubber(FKM)and hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber(HNBR).It was investigated that the effect of modified aramid pulp on its vulcanization and mechanical properties.The result showed that the roughness of aramid pulp modified by dopamine increases and the crystallinity decreases.The vulcanization rate of FKM/HNBR blends filled with 1~3 phr modified aramid pulp can be increased.With the increase of filling amount,the elongation at break of alloy elastomer increases,the tensile strength decreases and the hardness increases.When the filling content was 1 phr,the elongation at break was 687.4%,the tensile strength was 16.7 MPa,and the hardness of Shore A was 68.
