基于CAE优化的智能安全帽成型设计

摘要 依据高空电网智能安全帽帽体的结构形状特点,设计了一种结构新颖的简化形4板式两次开模注塑模具,模具中,设置了3个不同机构用于解决塑件脱模困难的问题。第1个机构为哈弗滑块侧抽芯机构,用于实现塑件外壁的侧抽芯脱模;第2个机构为前后内壁内抽芯机构,该机构通过模具的第1次开模打开,利用一个中央T形槽驱动块来首先驱动内壁前后2个成型滑块先进行内收抽芯,以实现前后内壁的脱模,同时为左右内壁成型件的斜向顶出抽芯让出运动空间。第3个机构为左右内壁内抽芯机构,机构通过油缸驱动齿条及中间齿轮传动机构分别驱动左右2个齿条斜顶顶出来,实现左右内壁成型件的侧向内收抽芯。模具解决了帽体成型困难问题,其机构设计构思巧妙,动作可靠,实现了智能安全帽的批量生产。 According to the structure and shape characteristics of the smart helmet body,a simplified 4-plate injection mould with two-time open-mould was designed.Three different mechanisms were set up in the mould to solve the problem of difficult demoulding of the plastic parts.The first mechanism is the side core-pulling mechanism of Harvard slider,which is used to realize the side core-pulling and demoulding of the outer wall of the plastic part.The second mechanism is the inner core-pulling mechanism of the front and rear inner wall.The mechanism opens through the first opening of the mould,and uses a central T-groove to drive the front and rear two forming sliders of the inner wall first to pull in and core-pull out,so as to realize the front and back core-pulling.The demoulding of the inner wall allows the movement space for the oblique ejection of the left and right inner wall forming parts.The third mechanism is the inner core-pulling mechanism of the left and right inner walls.The mechanism drives the rack and the middle gear transmission mechanism by the cylinder to drive the left and right racks to eject obliquely to achieve the lateral core-pulling of the forming parts of the left and right inner walls.The mould solves the difficult forming problem of the cap body.Its mechanism design is ingenious and reliable,the batch production of intelligent safety helmet has been realized.
