天然气输气站场站控系统供电可靠性设计研究 被引量:4

Research on Power Supply Reliability Design of Control System for Natural Gas Transportation Station

摘要 天然气长输管道输气站场站控系统(SCS)担负着站内生产工艺参数采集、调节、流程调度控制的作用,不仅要满足下游用户的输气需求,同时还负责站内安全联锁控制及紧急关断功能,是整个站场自动控制功能实现的核心。由于SCS供电故障导致的非正常停车问题时有发生,造成供气中断,甚至可能给下游用户带来重大的经济损失。从供电方式、供电回路配置、设备选型及不间断电源设备(UPS)等方面,分析讨论了造成SCS供电异常的原因,提出了双电源、UPS选型、静态转换开关(STS)、负荷分级配置等提高供电可靠性的设计方式,并对可编程序控制器(PLC)、操作站及服务器给出了推荐的供电方式,通过以上配置,可使输气站场SCS的供电可靠性将得到大幅提高。 The station control system(SCS)of the gas transportation station of natural gas long distance transportation pipeline plays the role of collecting,adjusting and scheduling of station production process parameters.It not only needs to satisfy the gas transportation requirement to downstream users,and is also responsible for the safety interlock control and emergency shutdown function.SCS is the core of the realization of automatic control function for the whole station.Abnormal shutdown caused by power supply failure of the station control system occurs frequently,which will result in interruption of gas supply,and may even cause significant economic losses to downstream users.The reason of failure of station control system supply is discussed from the perspective of power supply mode,power supply circuit configuration,equipment selection and uninterrupted power supply(UPS),proposal including dual power supply,UPS selection,static transfer switch(STS)and load grading configuration to improve power supply reliability design mode are put forwards.Power supply mode for PLC,operation station and server are recommended.Through above configuration,the power supply reliability for gas transportation station control system will be greatly improved.
