摘要
为了明确鑫尊拌种对太子参出苗及产量的影响,设计了1、2、3 mL/kg3个浓度处理进行试验。结果表明,采用鑫尊拌种能显著提高太子参的出苗势,增加出苗率,提高植株的叶片长度、叶片宽度、株高和地上部鲜重,增产增值效果显著,其中鑫尊最佳拌种剂量为2 mL/kg种子。
In order to determine the effect of seed dressing with Xinzun on the seedling emergence and yield of Pseudostel lariaheterophylla,three concentration treatments(1,2 and 3 mL/kg) were designed.The results showed that the seed dressing with Xinzun could significantly improve the emergence potential of Pseudostel lariaheterophylla,increase the emergence rate,increase the leaf length,leaf width,plant height and fresh weight of the above ground part of the plant,and the effect of increasing yield and output value was significant,among which the optimal seed dressing dose of Xinzun was 2 mL/kg seed.
