摘要
建立了用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)快速、准确检测白酒中乳酸含量的分析方法。经过简单的前处理过程,直接进样,等度洗脱分析,流速为0.3 m L/min,检测波长为210 nm,进样时间为3 min。在线性范围内,乳酸有较好的线性关系,R^2为0.9997,加标回收率为90%~110%,RSD为0.23%,检出限为1 mg/L。该方法可用于白酒中乳酸含量的检测,方法快速简便,易于操作,为白酒的研发提供了技术支持。
An analytical method for the rapid and accurate detection of lactic acid content in Baijiu by ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) had been developed. After simple pretreatment of liquor samples, direct injection was operated, then isocratic elution analysis was performed with a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 210 nm, and the injection time was 3 minutes. The detection results showed that, lactic acid had a good linear relationship in its linear range, R^2 was 0.9997, the spiked recovery was 90 % to 110 %, RSD was 0.23 %, and the detection limit was 1 mg/L. Such method was fast, simple, easy to operate, and could be used for the detection of lactic acid content in Baijiu, which provided technical support for the research and development of Baijiu.
