摘要
以4H-1,2,4-三氮唑作为拉电子结构单元,BDT衍生物为推电子结构单元,设计并合成了共轭聚合物P(FBDT-TIZ),这是首次将4H-1,2,4-三氮唑单元应用到PSCs(聚合物太阳能电池)。同时,合成了基于1H-1,2,4-三氮唑结构单元的相似聚合物P(FBDT-TZ)来进行对比研究,研究了聚合物分子结构规整性对材料的光物理、电化学、光伏性能等影响规律。结果表明,结构规整的聚合物P(FBDT-TIZ)表现出更好的热稳定性、更红移的吸收光谱、更有序的分子堆砌,因此,基于P(FBDT-TIZ)的器件表现出更好的光伏性能,其PSC的PCE为2.25%,高于相同条件下的P(FBDT-TZ)的PSCs(PCE=1.59%)。
A new conjugated polymer P(FBDT-TIZ)was designed and synthesized by using 4H-1,2,4-triazole derivative as A units and BDT derivative as D units.It is the first time 1,3,4-triazole derivative is used for photovoltaic polymers.A polymer P(FBDT-TZ)based on 1H-1,2,4-triazole derivative as A units was also synthesized for comparison,and the effects of molecular regularity on photovoltaic performance of the polymers were studied.The results indicate that the polymer P(FBDT-TIZ)with more regular molecular structure possesses better thermostability,more redshifted absorption,more orderly molecular aggregation,which result in better photovoltaic performance.Therefore,the PSC based on P(FBDT-TIZ)shows higher PCE(2.25%)than that of the PSC based on P(FBDT-TZ)(1.59%).
