摘要
目的:探讨前列地尔联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择2017年11月~2018年9月之间就诊的132例患者,依照数字随机法随机分成对照组与研究组,每组66例患者。分别采用口服福辛普利治疗、口服福辛普利治疗的基础上联合前列地尔静脉滴注治疗,对比两组患者在经过1个月的治疗后,患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮、24h尿蛋白、尿微量蛋白排泄等肾功能相关指标以及用药后不良反应发生率的变化。结果:两组患者在经过1个月的治疗后肾功能各相关指标与治疗前对比显著下降(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后各肾功能相关指标下降程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的治疗后的疾病不良反应发生率显著小于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效确切,且用药安全性高,显著改善了患者的尿蛋白水平含量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with fosinopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria.Methods:A total of 132 patients treated from November 2017 to September 2018 were selected.According to the numerical randomization method,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 66 patients in each group.The patients were treated with fosinopril orally,oral fosinopril therapy based on a combination of alprostadil intravenous drip respectively.After 1 month of treatment,the changes of renal function related indexes such as blood creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,urine protein,urine microprotein excretion and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the relative indexes of renal function of patients in the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of decline of renal function related indicators in the research group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the research group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with fosinopril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy proteinuria has definite clinical efficacy,and the drug safety is high,significantly improved the urine protein level of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
