摘要
分析了城市轨道交通全自动运行毀略的特点与定位,并依据全自动运行系统的特点分析了全自动运行线賂的运营管理需求;从企业管控模式、生产组织模式两个层面分别对轨道交通运营单位的运营管理模式类型进行了阐述;分析了两种企业管控模式和两种生产组织模式搭配下运营儈理模式的适用情况;结合全自动运行找路的运营儈理需求,提出了全自动运行运营儈理模式的优化建议。
The characteristics and positioning of urban rail transit fully automatic operation(FAO)system are introduced,according to its characteristics,the operation management requirements of FAO system are analyzed.Then,the types of rail transit operation management of rail transit operation agencies are elaborated from aspects of the enterprise management and control mode,and the production organization mode.The applicable conditions of rail transit operational management under two enterprise management modes and two production organization modes are analyzed.Finally,combined with the management requirements of FAO system,optimization for the rail transit operation management mode is put forward.
